The Modern in the MoMA. Perfect. One star Michelin restaurant with a laid back section and a bar. At 11:30pm people start to slowly come in, at 12:15pm the place is completely loaded and it remains that way until 11pm.

What was really good about this unique restaurant is the fact that it can be a real fun place and the energy that flows through it is beautiful. Every single detail will surprise you!

Old Port of Montreal

The Magic of the Old Port of Montreal!

The biggest inland port in the world. Full of energy and full of so many interesting elements. Here, you can run into the most interesting people in the world on any given street. The big yachts, the big cruise boats, the music festivals, the parks, etc... Year round, this part of Montreal has a whole different vibe compared to the rest of the city. In the summer, it is so alive all day long!

The most impressive part is that it is such a small place yet so rich because of its heritage. This neighborhood has a priceless caché. I'm proud to live in the Old Port & to own 2 restaurants in the Old Port, such a beautiful place!

Museu Nacional d'Art Catalan one of the best museums to visit in Barcelona. The collections are great, here is something that really caught my attention, this door made me realize how poetic Catalunya really is... in all its aspects: culture, food, art, architecture, etc... Everything is made with soul and with a twisted style! Explore, close & open all doors you find. Life takes you to amazing places, just close your eyes and imagine.

This colorful hues belong to one of the oldest towns in this side of the world, Antigua, Guatemala! The type of place that defines history. Without getting into so many details, while walking around these streets you realize the richness in the architecture and the art that exudes from the pores of the walls that have so much to say (but remain still and discrete). The amazing thing is all the great restaurants in this tiny city, if you want to escape to a totally different world, this is it! Nothing compares to the magic of this magnificent place...

In your lifetime, it is essential that you find equilibrium within your senses. That balance can come from many sources but only YOU have the power to control it. There is a time for everything, there is a time for playing and a time to enjoy, there is a time to take control of things and a time to let go. Here is a shot from a Cabana by the pools in the Fontainebleau in South Beach, a week long vacation, meditating and tanning, being calm, chilling and strategizing quietly your next moves....to me this is equilibrium. You have to be able to disconnect from the outside and plug your senses to your instincts. Not much wine was drunk during that week of travel but it was a whole lot of fun! Enjoy life & find your equilibrium!
